Yeast infection prevention:

As a woman I have hade a lot of recurring yeast infections and I got so fed up with it and decided to get some advice.   So if you are like I am you are fed up with a recurring yeast infection as well.   Yeast infection prevention is not all that hard to accomplish. If you know what to do you can stop it dead in its tracks.   So here is some information that might be useful for you to think about yeast infection prevention

1.   Wear white cotton panties or silk instead of dark colored ones. Because nylon and Lycra might trap air and create breeding ground for the yeast.   Do not wear panty hose without wearing cotton panties underneath them.

2.  Do not use petroleum based lubricants for vaginal lubrication during sexual intercourse.  Use only  lubricates that are used for your vaginal dryness and only if needed.

3.   Never wipe back to front because it can cause bacteria.  So be sure you’re wiping front to back always after a bowel movement to prevent yeast witch normally inhabit the intestinal track from being transferred to your vaginal area.

4. Try eating a cup of yogurt everyday.  It can help some woman prevent a yeast infection. Keep in mind eating yogurt will not cure your yeast infection.

5. Using perfumed bath products and powders in your vaginal area might cause some irritation witch can lead to a yeast infection.

6.   Do not use any kind of douche products! It washes away the natural protective mucous in the vagina and leaving your vagina a lot more susceptible to a yeast infection and other vaginal infections.

7. Using tampons, pads, and toilet paper can double you’re chances of getting yeast infections believe it or not.

8.   Also try keeping your vaginal area nice and clean and dry.  It will help prevent germs and bacteria from settling in.

9.  Also consider taking a daily supplement to help a recurrence of another yeast infection.

10.  Try not to share your bath towel and washcloths with anyone else.

11.     Be sure to wash your under garments in hot water and do not use fabric softeners in the dryer.

12.     Try to avoid wearing tight clothes on your crotch area.

13.     Always change your pads or your tampons frequently and avoid using ones that are scented.

14.     Try not to use heavy scented soaps , perfumes and talcum powders.

15.     Use medications only when necessary.

If you do get a yeast infection, it is paramount to get it under control quickly.  If you do not it can spiral out of control and lead to thrush (oral yeast infection) more comonly referred to as candida.  You can Read more about it here! and how to corect the yeast overgrowth by clicking here now!  Cure Your Yeast Infection in 12 Hours
