Child Yeast Infection:
Babies and toddlers can get yeast infections just like adults do especially in there early years while in diapers. Because yeast likes to grow in there skin folds. The yeast infection babies and toddlers get is caused by candida known as albicans, and is a very common thing known as child yeast infection. You’re doctor can examine your baby or toddler to determine if he or she might have a rash on there groin or thrush in there mouth which is caused by a yeast infection. Child yeast infection is not fun for little ones because they do not understand why they are feeling so uncomfortable and can be very miserable for them to go through. You’re doctor may prescribe an antifungal cream for your little one to treat your Child’s yeast infection. If you notice your baby or toddler is not getting any better after using the antifungal cream you should call you’re doctor right away especially if you notice a rash on the bottom that will not go away.
Things that can cause a child yeast infection are:
Antibiotics, when bacteria is killed the yeast will find a way to thrive. As a mother you need to be aware of children who are taking antibiotics so you know what too expect. Another cause of child yeast infection is because their mouth has not yet had proper organism concentration and yeast will develop very easily and cause oral thrush.
Oral child yeast infection is called thrush and there are many children with this very problem. Parents should always make sure they’re changing babies diapers regularly and make sure their bottom and groin area are clean and dry after bathing and changing diapers consistently. Child yeast infection is not life threatening if brought under control quickly. However, it can be very irritating and uncomfortable for you baby or toddler until the yeast infection is cleared up.
I have found this all natural cure for yeast infection that is perfectly safe for your child. Please click here to read more about it.

Risks of Untreated Yeast Infection
If gone untreated, yeast infectioncan eventually become systemic (life threatening). Candida (yeast) will produce mycotoxins which are biologically active substances. During an untreated yeast infection, these toxins can enter the blood stream and cause a vast number of symptoms related to the central nervous system such as light headedness or dizziness, confusion or mental fogginess, loss of memory, fatigue, nausea, headaches, even numbness or tingling, and many others as well. These symptoms often appear the same as those of hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. However, very often they are the result of mycotoxins from an untreated yeast infection.
Overcolonization of the mycelial form of Candida during an untreated yeast infection can invade the bloodstream and infect virtually every organ and tissue in the human body. One particular organ that is affected during an untreated yeast infection is the bowels. An untreated yeast ifection will often cause the bowels to become more permeable which will allow undigested or partially undigested protean into the bloodstream. When this happened to me the symptoms were; allergies to many different foods, particularly spicy foods which I love. My face swelled up like a balloon. Skin allergies. The skin on the palm side of my hands (fingers up to the wrists) completely pealed several times.
After seeing 3 different doctors to determine the causes of my sypmtoms we had still not reached a conclusion. You will find that many doctors to this day still refuse to accept that yeast infection is real. Do to the ineffectiveness of these doctors I would hate to speculate how many yeast infections go untreated every year. The pharmaceutical research just doesn’t seem to be there. I was actually very lucky that I was eventually diagnosed with a yeast infection and even luckier when I stumbled upon an all natural way to cure it. The amazing thing is, in about 12 hours I had no more symptoms of my previously untreated yeast infection other than where my skin had pealed away from my hands. Please click here to read more about this all natural cure for untreated yeast infection.

What Causes a Yeast Infection?
It just struck me. Here we have a blog dedicated to helping readers understand yeast infection and we have yet to post what causes a yeast infection. I apologize. Perhaps this should have been the first post but when dealing with any issue, I guess I tend to dig right in to the meat of it. So, what causes a yeast infection?
What we refer to as yeast infection or thrush is actually a fungal infection called candidiasis. Candida, the fungus, is actually a normal component of every human being. It is only when there is an over growth of that candida that a yeast infection will occur. Natural bacteria in the human body and the immune system will normally keep the candida from multiplying uncontrollably. So what causes a yeast infection is anything that affects the natural habitat of the bacteria (lactobacilli) or a weakened immune system. Internal disturbances of the lactobacilli can be caused by hormonal changes such as what occurs during pregnancy, or when taking any type of prescription medication containing hormones such as oral birth control pills, antibiotics and steroids as well as infertility treatment.
The lactobacilli’s natural habitat can also be encroached upon by using certain products. Among those linked to what causes a yeast infection are: lubricants which contain the ingredient glycerin; douches; and detergents. Vaginal sex immediately following anal intercourse can also disturb the lactobacilli and be what causes a yeast infection.
As already mentioned, a weakened immune system is a common cause of a yeast infection. Contributing conditions of a weakened immune system include: diabetes, cancer and cancer treatments, HIV, mononucleosis, and even stress and chronic fatigue syndrom called myalgic encephalomylitis.
As you can see what causes a yeast infection can be a wide range of reasons. The important thing to keep in mind is that it is not all that difficult to get under control. Click here to find out more about what causes a yeast infection and how I cured my yeast infection in about 12 hours.

Yeast Infection While Pregnant
As mentioned in an earlier post, getting a yeast infection while pregnant is very common. While it is much more common in the first trimester, yeast infection while pregnant does sometimes occur in the second and third trimesters. The problem arises because it is not necessarily good for baby to take prescription medications for yeast infection while pregnant. Expectant mothers should look for a natural cure for their yeast infection.
Yogurt for example is one of the great healing foods. Thousands of women have used yogurt to treat yeast infection while pregnant successfully for years. Treating yeast infection while pregnant is only one advantage of eating yogurt. It has also been linked to easing lactose intolerance, preventing ulcers and boosting the immune system. All of which are good for baby.

Yeast infection prevention:
As a woman I have hade a lot of recurring yeast infections and I got so fed up with it and decided to get some advice. So if you are like I am you are fed up with a recurring yeast infection as well. Yeast infection prevention is not all that hard to accomplish. If you know what to do you can stop it dead in its tracks. So here is some information that might be useful for you to think about yeast infection prevention
1. Wear white cotton panties or silk instead of dark colored ones. Because nylon and Lycra might trap air and create breeding ground for the yeast. Do not wear panty hose without wearing cotton panties underneath them.
2. Do not use petroleum based lubricants for vaginal lubrication during sexual intercourse. Use only lubricates that are used for your vaginal dryness and only if needed.
3. Never wipe back to front because it can cause bacteria. So be sure you’re wiping front to back always after a bowel movement to prevent yeast witch normally inhabit the intestinal track from being transferred to your vaginal area.
4. Try eating a cup of yogurt everyday. It can help some woman prevent a yeast infection. Keep in mind eating yogurt will not cure your yeast infection.
5. Using perfumed bath products and powders in your vaginal area might cause some irritation witch can lead to a yeast infection.
6. Do not use any kind of douche products! It washes away the natural protective mucous in the vagina and leaving your vagina a lot more susceptible to a yeast infection and other vaginal infections.
7. Using tampons, pads, and toilet paper can double you’re chances of getting yeast infections believe it or not.
8. Also try keeping your vaginal area nice and clean and dry. It will help prevent germs and bacteria from settling in.
9. Also consider taking a daily supplement to help a recurrence of another yeast infection.
10. Try not to share your bath towel and washcloths with anyone else.
11. Be sure to wash your under garments in hot water and do not use fabric softeners in the dryer.
12. Try to avoid wearing tight clothes on your crotch area.
13. Always change your pads or your tampons frequently and avoid using ones that are scented.
14. Try not to use heavy scented soaps , perfumes and talcum powders.
15. Use medications only when necessary.
If you do get a yeast infection, it is paramount to get it under control quickly. If you do not it can spiral out of control and lead to thrush (oral yeast infection) more comonly referred to as candida. You can Read more about it here! and how to corect the yeast overgrowth by clicking here now! Cure Your Yeast Infection in 12 Hours.
